 30, 60, 100K routes. Registration starts at 7:30am.
Tour starts between 8am-9am
from the historical Thoreson House on Bekkedal Ave.

Syttende Mai 5K Walk/Run & 1/2 Marathon
5K = $15.00 before April 22nd  / 20.00 after and day of race
Registration 5K Walk/Run: 8:00am, race begins at 9:00am
1/2 Marathon = $30.00 before April 22nd / $35.00 after and day of race
Registration 1/2 Marathon: 7:30am, event begins at 8:00am
Register by April 22nd to be guaranteed a T-shirt. 
A limited number of shirts will be available on race day on a 
first come/first serve basis.
The VMH Psychical Therapy Department will also be doing shoe checks.
